I understand that I (the occupant) must carry my own insurance on contents.

I understand that I (the occupant) must provide my own wood strips for under boxes, furniture, and other contents that could be damaged by dampness.

I understand that this unit is to be used for "storage" only. No work is to be done on premises.

I understand that if my rent is delinquent 45 days or more, my property will be removed.

I understand that my rental unit will not be ready for a minimum of 24 hours from rental.

I understand my deposit will be returned when the unit is completely empty and swept out.

I understand this is a monthly recurring charge.
